Return & Exchange Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged:

- COSMĂTICA (cosmetics) – All cosmetic products
- PROTEĂNAS (proteins) – Protein supplements and powders
- SNACKS – All food and snack items
- MASCOTAS (pet products) – All pet-related items
- Opened or used products of any kind
- Products without original packaging

Return Process – Step by Step

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
Securely package the items you’re returning, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
Ship your package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Important Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchange Policy
